Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi made an amazement stopover in Lahore today to meet Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif.
Prior, the Indian PM said he will "drop by" in Lahore on his way back to New Delhi from Afghanistan, in what might be the first visit to Pakistan by an Indian chief in over 10 years. Modi additionally said he called Nawaz to wish him on his birthday.
Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi has gifted an Indian dress to Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif’s granddaughter whose marriage ceremony is scheduled for later today, Express News reported.
Further, Modi also reportedly gifted Indian shawls to the prime minister’s wife Kulsoom Nawaz.
