At least 40 people, most of them lawyers, were killed on after a blast at the entrance of emergency ward of civil hospital in Quetta, Samaa reported.
According to initial reports, the explosion occurred soon after several lawyers brought dead body of a slain colleague who was earlier gunned down in the city.
There were reports of a many people murdered in the blast, yet the loss of life was indistinct.
Police and doctor's facility sources said no less than 40 individuals are dead and many injured.
